How Does Long Term Storage Work?

Select your storage unit size and request a quote or give us a call. If you’re not sure what size unit you need, ask our friendly staff or check out our storage unit size guide to get a better idea.
Book and pay via phone or invoice to receive your pin-code access.
The minimum storage period is one month. We automatically renew your lease each month. If you need to move out, simply let our team know at least seven (7) days prior to your next billing date to avoid paying for more than you need.
Move your stuff in. We can recommend removalists if you need a hand getting your belongings to your storage unit.

Our facility offers storage bays from 1.6m x 2.8m to 5.6m x 2.8m, priced between $110 and $365 per month, with a $365 bond. Access is via a secure gate, with cameras and new fencing for added security. Located off Tumbi Creek Road, we also have 20-foot shipping containers for lease at $475 per month, with a $475 bond.

Do I need contents insurance?

All renters are required to have contents insurance. Berkeley Vale Self Storage is not responsible for any loss or damage to stored items.
